Gate Valves
Movements API 6D Slab and Expanding Thru-Conduit Gate valves are manufactured in strict accordance with API 6D standard. Our API 6D Slab Gate valve design is simple but efficient in performance. The design utilizes coil spring loaded and pressure energized floating seats that maintain contact with slab gate delivering a tight seal on both the upstream and downstream side of the gate.
The Expanding Gate design is versatile in that it provides a line pressure assisted and mechanical seal between the seat rings and gate. This sealing system ensures valve integrity at both high and low line pressures. The Expanding Gate valve is recommended for applications when a tight mechanical seal is required during high and low pressure situations and mechanical vibrations.

PUMPS
Movements Pump Chemical Injection Pumps, tanks and accessories are available as an integrated, assembled and tested unit ready for connection and to deliver up to 50 GPD of product. All pump systems are manufactured in an ISO 9001 approved and audited facility. The chemical injection pump products focus is in the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the Oil & Gas Industry. These industrial applications are significant and represent the next frontier for growth for Movement Industries.
Some of the applications for the Movement Chemical Injection Pump are natural gas and oil production and transportation. Common products that feed Movement Chemical Injection Pumps are de-scalers, de-foamers, water treatment, biocides and bactericides, corrosion inhibitors and general industrial applications where a metered amount of chemical is to be injected into a line or tank.
The Movement Industries Chemical Injection Pump is based on a unique patented design that uses a gear and rack drive system to provide constant measurable chemical injection volumes against line pressures up to 3500 psig. This exclusive design differs from our competition that still uses a form of eccentric cam and cam follower system that is systemically prone to mechanical failure, packing failure or downtime due to maintenance..
Efficiency, uptime and dependability with low power consumption, superior materials of construction and the manufacturing simplicity of Made in the USA support the Movement Industries Chemical Injection Pump as the market leader in chemical injection systems.

Efficiency
Performance efficiency gains are mainly due to the direct drive gear and rack system. The rack guides the gear that is directly attached to the motor shaft translating the circular motion of the motor shaft into a linear reciprocating motion that drives the pump. This linear motion coupled with the direct drive of the gear onto the rack system ensures that no loss of power or volume is translated to the pump head. Competing systems use variations of a complex eccentric offset cam wheel to drive the pump resulting in loss of injected product, failure to inject at higher line pressures (≥1500 psig), packing leaks and difficulty performing routine maintenance or packing changes.
Power Consumption
Through the efficiencies gained by the direct drive gear and rack system the Movement Chemical Injection Geared Rack design power requirements are significantly lower than current systems. A main issue with Clients is that batteries are quickly depleted during the day and unable to maintain injection rates and volumes. The lower power consumption also provides for the use of smaller more efficient motors, smaller battery and solar panel sizes. These combine to create a smaller footprint at the installation site, lower power requirements (AC or DC) and base supporting stand size to support the pump.
Manufacturing Simplicity
Simple to manufacture means simple to maintain and reduced costs as a result. The Movement Industries Chemical Injection Pump design is far more simplistic than the competition with fewer parts and reduced lead times and costs. Shorter lead times, simple assembly and testing procedures make these pumps easier to maintain and troubleshoot. In addition to these advantages the simplicity of fewer parts of superior grade materials can ensure that manufacturing, design and control stay in the USA for an all US made product.
ACTUATORS
Movement supplies a wide range of actuators for multiple applications. Our actuators are engineered to our customer specifications and meet all international codes and standards.
Electrical
Electric actuators are automatic devices that work directly with electrical supply, which ranges from 24 VDC to 440/3/60 Hz, they are used for automation of gate, ball, male, butterfly or dampers valves at a low cost.
The typical characteristic of these actuators is a continuous output curve for the entire stroke and that at electrical power failure is their last position, these actuators cannot vary the output speed. They have functions such as adjustments, control and interrogation in a non-intrusive way through the Bluetooth interface, as well as different communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Device Net among many others.
Operating times are slow at a rate of 5 sec / in. They are also equipped with a handwheel or manual gearbox, and can incorporate fire protection of the retardant, ceramic or mat type.
Its ideal use is where the electricity supply can be guaranteed.
They are not ideal for emergency stoppage or duct sectioning.
Hydraulic
Hydraulic actuators are automatic devices that work directly with oil or water, there are for low pressure (250-500 psi) and high pressure (600-5000 psi), they use water from treatment plants, industrial hydraulic oil and biodegradable oil, They are used for automation of gate, ball, male, butterfly or dampers valves.
There are different actuation mechanisms such as symmetrical or edged Scottish yoke, rack and pinion, vein, and piston type for linear valves. These actuators depend on the instrumentation and / or accessories to operate, such as solenoids, limit switches, filter, regulator, manometers, high and / or low pressure pilots, electrical switches, bypass valves, maintenance valves, eutetic devices. , partial test devices, storage tanks, hydraulic power units, locally operated keypads, remotely operated keypads, controllers, PLCs, communication protocols, fireproof protection, among others.
Operating times are fast at a rate of 1 sec / in. or less. They are also equipped with a manual hydraulic pump.
Its ideal use is in pipelines that transport liquids or bitter gas that cannot be used as a driving force, also where very fine control is required. They are ideal for emergency stops, duct sectioning or anti-surge.
Pneumatic
Pneumatic actuators are automatic devices that work directly with air or gas. There are for low pressure (30-250 psi) and high pressure (300-3000 psi), with gas you can work with instrument air, nitrogen, natural gas, sweet gas, pneumatic pump gas, bitter gas, are used for automation of gate, ball, male, butterfly or dampers valves.
There are different actuation mechanisms such as symmetrical or edged Scottish yoke, rack and pinion, vein, and piston type for linear valves.
These actuators depend on the instrumentation and / or accessories to be able to work, such as solenoids, limit switches, filter, regulator, manometers, high and / or low pressure pilots, electrical switches, bypass valves, maintenance valves, eutetic devices. , partial test devices, storage tanks, nitrogen banks, locally operated keypads, remotely operated keypads, controllers, PLCs, communication protocols, fireproof protection, among others.
Operating times are medium to fast at a rate of 1 sec / in. or less. They are also equipped with a steering wheel, manual gearbox or hydraulic pump. Its ideal use is where the pneumatic supply can be guaranteed. They are ideal for emergency stops or duct sectioning.
